Meet the crafters.

Romain Asnar

“I've done it all, from big corporations to early startups, all over the world 😎. I have lead a number of teams and fixed broken processes, toxic cultures and bad developer habits. But at the end of the day, what I love most is designing and architecting mobile apps, from ideation to release. If I'm not on my computer, odds are you'll find me on the dancefloor!”

Nathan Appere

“I have been very lucky to work in flat management, "all hands on deck" startups in ☀️ LA. I did A LOT of product / growth hacking / company culture design, but software engineering is still what I am the most passionate about. I've lead multiple teams and designed entire platforms. While I love backend most, I am quite obsessed with slick front-ends. When I'm not working you can find me scuba diving around the globe!”

We're product minded technologists

We believe some of the most powerful technologies are coming out of Agencies, like Plataformatec with Elixir or Dockyard with Phoenix. We’re creating a platform that improves efficiency when building products, from back-end code to UIs.

We take agility very seriously

We believe great products are born from fast iterations. We use a mix of Extreme programming and Kanban to stay agile and keep learning as fast as possible.

Manifesto

We believe highly efficient teams are the result of organizational health. “The only way to go fast is to go well”.

  1. Transparency

We believe radical transparency is the logical outcome of being data-driven. It creates trust, alignment and improves communication by miles. We talk about the hard things.

  2. Standardization

We believe technical excellence is born from good architecture and standardization. We strive to find the best practices in every languages & platforms to write highly reusable and extensible code.

  3. Automation

We believe creating business value is about finding efficiences. When we do something more than once, we try to make sure each iteration takes less time. Our target is always full automation, weither in our processes or our code (testing being the perfect example).

  4. Data Over Ego

We believe in what we can measure. It means we experiment a lot, as fast as possible, with clear hypotheses. If the outcome matches our expectations, we double down, if not we drop it.

Sounds interesting, what's the next step?
